For the well-being of our patients it is essential that all visitors to MESA HOSPITAL observe certain rules and procedures. We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation regarding the following:
- Visitors are admitted between 08:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. every day.
- Admission of visitors outside the designated visiting hours is possible by special permission from the doctor in charge of the patient.
- Information on patient visits can be obtained by dialing 3090 or 3091 from the hospital reception.
- Inquiries on patients undergoing surgery can be made at the hospital reception.
- The consumption of cigarettes, cigars or any other tobacco products is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN inside the enclosed areas of the hospital complex.
- FLOWERS are not admitted to the patient floors due to the hospital’s infection control policies. Visitors are kindly required to leave flowers at the reception desk where a “flower card” will be issued in their name to be delivered to the patient.
- FOOD and BEVERAGES from outside the hospital cannot be admitted to patient rooms. Nutritional needs of our patients are met by our diet specialists.
- Cologne and similar products such as perfumes, scent or fragrance products cannot be admitted to patient floors.
- Since children are more vulnerable to health risks, our visitors are advised to exclude children from their visiting plans.
- Babies inside the hospital should be cared only by healthcare personnel.
- Where an overnight companion is allowed to stay with a patient, only one person can be allowed at any given time.
- Our patients and their companions are advised to keep their valuables inside the safe box in their rooms throughout the duration of their stay.
- Until discharge procedures are complete, patients are requested to stay on the floor. Information on the progress of discharge procedures can be obtained from the Patient Consultants.
- Companions and visitors can order food and beverages on a 24-hour basis from YAŞAM CAFÉ on the entrance floor of the hospital.
- Free parking is available for our patients and visitors at the open parking lot adjacent to the hospital building and at the closed lot on floor B2 of the hospital.
